Our family uses the Imperial Berkey water filter when we want to filter our water. We especially appreciated this system when we lived in Florida and were surrounded by citrus groves, which were consistently sprayed with harmful chemicals.

We thought we had died and gone to heaven when we found out about the Victorio strainer! It has saved us literally hours of time making applesauce, etc. In goes the whole apple. Out comes the applesauce on one side and the peels & cores on the other!

This is a Squeezo Strainer. It's a little pricier but is all metal. Squeezo can turn a large harvest into juices, sauces, jams and jellies that can be canned or purees that can be frozen for later use. Great for making baby food too!
