We interrupt our deluge of wedding pictures to give you a little bit of history.
6 years of long, hard fighting. Millions of soldiers dead, homes destroyed, families torn apart, genocides, victories, defeats, honor and shame.
Suddenly, it is all over.
After the German surrender in May of 1945, the citizens of the Allied countries would hold Victory Parties for months afterwards.
Let us travel to a little country farm in the Ozarks and witness first-hand one of these events; a Victory Picnic.
